About Us

The Way Home Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit cat rescue. Our group primarily focuses on TNR (trap, neuter, return) of stray and community cats. We also have some adoptable cats and kittens that are fostered by volunteers. The Way Home Rescue is a non-profit, all-volunteer animal adoption organization based in the Central Florida and Orlando area. The Way Home Rescue is not a shelter, but rather a network that helps cats find a permanent, indoor home, offering second chances at lifetime of love and happiness.

Our Mission

Our group participates and promotes TNR (trap, neuter, return) of stray and abandoned cats. Although we do not have a foster program, we help cross promote and advertise cats for adoption. Our goal is to help end overpopulation and unnecessary euthanizing at shelters thru TNR. It is the most effective way to save lives.
